The curtain opens….Doc and Esther are your typical brother and sister. Doc loves all things Texas and cannot wait to celebrate with their guests…all 250 of them! Esther does not want to be bothered; however Doc’s irrepressible Texas-size energy will not be contained and soon they – Doc, Esther and their 250 guests are on a fantastic adventure through Texas history! They realize that Texas is represented by many diverse cultures which have created a history that is special, unique and as grand as the land itself. Audience members become cowboys around the campfire. They learn American Indian sign language, participate in the traditional Mexican Hat Dance and become settlers traveling across the wide Texas plains. Throughout the celebration guests participate in Q&A that tests their Texas knowledge. Celebrate Texas is entertaining from start to finish. The historical review sets the stage for interesting conversations regarding our past, our present and the growing pains we endured to get here. We are raising the roof on Texas Pride! Let's Celebrate Texas Together!
