Library Live!Chase presents Library Live! provides year-round, culturally diverse performances in every Dallas Public Library branch.  Targeting pre-schoolers, parents and caregivers, each Library Live! program supports the development of pre-literacy skills.  Programs take place monthly in each branch; library locations and hours and Chase presents Library Live! program descriptions are located here.

Chase presents Library Live! is designed to:

  • Support the Every Child Ready to Read @ Dallas (ECRR) initiative to build pre-literacy skills in children ages 0-5;
  • Reinforce each library's presence in the community and increase library attendance;
  • Make activities accessible to families who do not have the resources to attend professional cultural programs that take place at venues miles away from home; and
  • Provide families with fun, educational, and free activities to enjoy together.

Through Chase presents Library Live!, Big Thought partners with the Dallas Public Library to support Mayor Leppert's Every Child Ready to Read @ Dallas (ECRR) initiative.  ECRR is designed to enhance pre-literacy skills for children ages 0-5 and engage their families and caregivers; more information can be found here.
