CEO Byron Sanders Interviewed by the Comprehensive Center Network
Big Thought’s president and CEO, Byron Sanders, was recently interviewed by the Comprehensive Center Network about our over 30-year history of innovation and education in the Dallas area.
In the interview, he spoke about Big Thought’s dedication to “creating creators” and preparing the next generation of students to be leaders in their communities. He also discussed the importance of working within the community and creating connections between community-based partners and students. Sanders goes on to explain the concept of “succession planning for a city” and how that idea factors into Big Thought’s work, saying, “When I say ‘succession planning for a city,’ I’m talking about a city-wide strategy to map out the kinds of industry experiences that are out there for young people.”
