About the Role

The Summer Program Assistant will be the liaison to multiple summer programming sites to ensure data collection and that programming activities align with design along with limited administrative support.

About the Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate has effective verbal and written communication skills. The person can translate program design into implementation. Lastly, this person possesses strong organizational skills and can carry out administrative tasks.

What the Role Entails
  • Visit summer programming sites throughout Dallas, to ensure each program provider is supported, and providing consistent and all-inclusive opportunities for youth.
  • Communicate with team daily to report specific data and findings back in a timely manner.
  • Track and submit mileage each month per process.
  • Monitor and respond to all communications in a timely manner.
  • Reviews and resolves support ticket submissions and coordinates the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Dependable transportation required 
  • Familiarity with Excel and Outlook
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarization with non-profits preferred.  
  • Skilled in organizing work to meet deadlines.

To perform the duties of these roles successfully, you may regularly be required to: sit, stand, or stare at computer screen for long periods of time; participate in external activities; use various office equipment, some manual; work in environment with loud sounds, multiple distractions, and interruptions; be exposed to extreme hot or cold temperatures on occasion; maintain emotional control during stressful situations.
