Glenn manages the finance and accounting strategies of Big Thought, as well as overseeing budget and forecasting initiatives. He has more than 30 years of experience in financial management and operations, including for the Neiman Marcus Group and the Dallas Theater Center, among other technology, retail and nonprofit organizations.
Glenn was also the founder and owner of ForesterBaldwin+Co., where he helped business owners develop effective infrastructures by providing virtual CFO services. He has a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, and he has studied entrepreneurship at SMU’s Cox School of Business. Glenn has guest lectured numerous times in SMU’s MBA program. He has also served on numerous arts and education nonprofit boards, including Equest and Dallas Contemporary. Glenn served for more than seven years on the Big Thought Board of Directors.
