Mitch Jericho

Mitch Jericho has worked throughout her life to provide children with access to the arts. In 1987, she served as co-founder of Young Audiences of North Texas and was instrumental in shaping the organization known today as Big Thought. In 1993, she received the National Volunteer Leadership Award from Young Audiences, Inc. In 2000, Mitch receive the Texas Arts Basic Award presented by the Texas Commission on the Arts. Mitch has served on the National Board of Young Audiences, Inc, chaired the Advisory Board of Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts, and served as President of The Volunteer Center, Visiting Nurses Association and the Women’s Council of Dallas County. She has presented seminars on board organization for nonprofit organizations across the U.S., Canada and Great Britain.
